SAYKM Lake House is unique to Lake Texoma and boast beautiful scenery along with sandy beaches just walking 5 minutes down the street. We are located about one hour north off Dallas, Texas and makes us a the perfect place for a nice weekend getaway! The Lake House is 1,200 sq ft and will sleep 4 in beds. There are two bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom has two twin antique beds. The second bedroom has king sized bed and a large flat screen TV. The couch in the living room will sleep one adult or two kids. We have put a queen air matress in the living room floor and there is still room to walk around. The living room has a large flatscreen TV and DVD player. There is an additional couch and a futon on the screened in patio that will accommodate three more people. The Saykm Lake house decor is a combination of all the places we have visited. You can see some our stickers of the places on the back door on your way out to the secluded hot tub. The kitchen is fully furnished so all you need to do is bring your food. You have a fridge on the patio and one in the house. BBQ on the grill outside or cook on the open fire pit. Whether you want to relax, catch some sun, fish, boat, or read a book, this is the place is for you!
