Below are notes, videos and information on the property so our guest and maids have ease finding things or operating amenities on the property. Also, check out our Welcome Book for things to do or places to eat! Below are a few of our favorite things to do when we come to the lake!

Maid Check List
Inside the Camp Ground
Kitchen
Kitchen and dinning room. Please make sure guest have one roll of paper towels.
Check inside of fridge and throw out all food and disinfect. Same with the freezer.
Cleaning supplies and trash bags as well as dishwashing soap in under the cabinet in the kitchen.
Kitchen should have a toaster, pots and pans, and two coffee makers. Please make sure these are clean.
Check coffee pot to make sure guest didn't leave old grounds in them or old coffee in pot. Clean out microwave inside and out.
No appliances or stuff should be on countertops except coffee makers, coffee supplies, and knife sets. All other items need to be put up and stored in the Lazy Susan cabinet.
Run hand across the granite. Even if you wipe it clean it could camouflage stuff and it might need to be scrubbed.
Clean Microwave inside and out.
Wipe all fronts off of the all appliances and top of fridge. Check all cabinet doors.
All spices need to be in one cabinet left of the stove.
Please check stove and if it needs to be cleaned, then please clean it. Remember crumbs fall to the drawer below.
Clean all ceiling fans. Report back if any light bulbs are out.
We supply the guest with coffee, coffee filters cream and sugar. If we are out, please let management know.
Trash can needs to be wiped out on all sides, pulled away from the wall and cleaned behind. Trash bags are in the cabinet in the sink. If we are out please let us know. Make sure it is wiped out and free of any smells.
Sweep and mop all floors.
Living Room
Couches should be fluffed and vacuumed. Throw pillows should be arranged like they are pictured.
Check to make sure all remotes are set out nicely on the storage chest where TV is. Make sure drawers are shut.
Curtains pulled back and window seals cleaned.
Clean Bench window seating and window seals.
Clean stage area. Make sure books are there and the binoculars.
There should be two remotes for the TV and an Airconditioner remote.
Dust all the furniture and window seals in the room. Vacuum all floors and rugs. Run the hose of the vacuum around the baseboards. Mop all floors.
Dust ceiling fans and blinds. There is extra sheets in the laundry room.
We offer oil infusers for our guests. If there is not any, please contact management.
Airconditioners
The house is equipped with three Airconditioner systems. One in the living room and one upstairs in master bedroom are on one system. Until can only cool or heat. Can't have one on heat and one on cool. They are tied into each other. For example, upstairs can be set on cool 72 and down stairs set on cool and 69. Can't have upstairs on heat at 78 and cool down stairs. Both have individual remotes.
Please make sure that once your done cleaning to leave all air conditioners on 80 cool in the Summer and 68 heat in the Winter!
Eating Areas
Clean and sanitize table tops. Please wipe down all seating and don't forget to wipe down the legs on the table and chair legs.
Dust ceiling fans and blinds.
Check window seals and clean
Vacuum baseboards
Any games please put back in closet next to the fridge in the kitchen.
Broom and mop should go in there for guest.
Sweep or vacuum stairs and mop. Check walls and see if they need to be cleaned.
Sweep and mop all floors.
Bathroom
In the bathroom area, check lights above vanity for bugs. If they need to be cleaned, please inform management.
Wipe mirror, clean and disinfect the countertop and sink. Polish faucet.
Disinfect the toilet, toilet lid, outside of toilet and behind the toilet.
Cleaning supplies are under the sink in the kitchen.
Restock bath and hand towels as well as wash clothes.
Check to make sure hair dryer is put up nicely and clean out any trash that was left in the drawers. Also, please make sure the guests left nothing behind.
Restock toilet paper. The guests should have two roles of toilet paper available.
Hand soap should be provided at all sinks. Please let contact management if we need to reorder.
Trash can should have a plastic trash bag in it. They are under the sink in the kitchen.
Sweep and mop all floors.
Bedroom one
Please strip all bedding and wash them. Extra bedding is in the laundry room.
Each bed should have four standard pillows and a throw pillow.
Check and clean window seals. Dust blinds.
Check under beds and clean.
Dust ceiling fans.
Sweep and mop all floors.
bedroom two
Please strip all bedding and wash them. Extra bedding is in the laundry room.
The bed should have four king size pillows and a throw pillows.
Check and clean window seals. Dust blinds.
Clean glass on night stands and make sure no finger prints.
Check under bed and clean.
Dust ceiling fan
There should be two remotes. One for the TV and One for the fan.
Sweep and mop all floors.
Outside the Lake House
Where To Put The Trash? All maids and guest, please use use the dumpster to the left of the front door for all trash. If it is over flowing or any issues, please contact management.
Patio Deck
Please make sure the deck is swept off after each guest and and any cobwebs dusted.
Cushions are in order and fluffed.
Throw away and trash.
Check light and make sure bulb works and turn off.
Fire Pit
There should be four chairs. Typically, we have a lot of wood, so if you don't have any in the fire pit let us know.
