Maid Check List
Inside Hello Indigo
Kitchen
Kitchen and Dinning room.
Please make sure guest have two roll of paper towels.
Please put a fresh sponge out for each guest.
Check inside of fridge and throw out all food and disinfect. Same with the freezer.
Polish the front of the fridge , dishwasher, microwave, sink, and faucet with stainless steel polish.
Cleaning supplies and trash bags as well as dishwashing soap in under the cabinet in the kitchen for the guest. Please refill the all-purpose cleaner if need and make sure it is under the sink and not in Owner's closet. The soap dispenser in the sink gets clogged, so please do not refill at this time.
Maid Cleaning supplies and restocking supplies are in the closet across from the kitchen. You will have the code on your schedule. Guest please don't try to access this closet. If you tamper or destroy the door, you will be charged. If you need anything, please call me at 903-327-6275.
Kitchen should have a toaster, pots and pans, crockpot blender and a coffee maker. Please make sure these are clean.
Check coffee pot to make sure guest didn't leave old grounds in them or old coffee in pot. Clean out microwave inside and out.
No appliances or stuff should be on countertops except coffee makers, creamer bowl, coffee container, spatula holder, tray with a light and plant and knife sets. All other items need to be put up and stored.
Run hand across the countertop. Even if you wipe it clean it could camouflage stuff and it might need to be scrubbed.
Clean Microwave inside and out.
Wipe all fronts off of all appliances and top of fridge. Check all cabinet doors.
All spices need to be in one cabinet.
Please check stove and if it needs to be cleaned, then please clean it. Remember crumbs fall to the drawer below.
Report back if any light bulbs are out.
Check the window over the sink and make sure it is clean and check for spider webs.
We supply the guest with coffee, coffee filters cream and sugar. Please refill creamer bowl and coffee container if needed. If we are out, please let management know.
Trash can needs to be wiped out on all sides, pulled away from the wall and cleaned behind. Trash bags are in the cabinet in the sink. If we are out please let us know. Make sure it is wiped out and free of any smells.
Please wipe off bar stools and table and chairs in dinning room. Check for stains on the bench.
Dust light Fixture
Check window in dinning room for spider webs and window.
Sweep and mop all floors.
Living Room
Couches should be fluffed and vacuumed. Check for stains on furniture. Clean with water only and dab clean. Throw pillows should be arranged like they are pictured.
Check to make sure all remotes are set out nicely on the coffee table.
Wipe down all furniture-side tables, coffee table and sofa table. Guest book should be on the sofa table and visible for guest. Party Garage keys should be placed neatly next to guest book.
Curtains pulled back and window seals cleaned.
Vacuum all floors and rugs. Run the hose of the vacuum around the baseboards. Mop all floors.
Dust ceiling fan and air vents.
Sweep stairs, wipe handrail down and mop.
Laundry Room
Clean and sanitize the tops and side of the washing machine. When you are done washing please make sure to leave the washing machine lid open so washing machine will not mildew.
Dust and clean off shelf and wipe down Any detergent spills. If pods are low please notify managment.
Broom and mop should go in there for guest.
Sweep and mop all floors.
Bathrooms
In the bathroom area, check lights above vanity for bugs. If they need to be cleaned, please inform management.
Wipe mirror, clean and disinfect the countertop and sink. Polish faucet.
Disinfect the toilet, toilet lid, outside of toilet and behind the toilet.
Cleaning supplies are under the sink or in Owner's closet in the kitchen.
Clean and disinfect bathtub, the walls and polish faucet.
Clean and disinfect shower walls, throw away and used soaps and check to make sure there is shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bottles. If they are getting low restock from owner's closet and contact management and list in audit form below.
Replace the dirty bathmat with a clean one. Place on the tub or fold nicely next to step for shower.
Restock bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths. Please place extra towels in the towel holder on the wall and under sinks in downstairs. Upstairs place extra towels in linen closet in bunk room. Two towels should be available for every guest.
Check to make sure hair dryer is put up nicely and clean out any trash that was left in the drawers. Also, please make sure the guests left nothing behind.
Restock toilet paper. The guests should have two rolls of toilet paper available for each bathroom.
Hand soap should be provided at all sinks. Refill from Owner's closet. Please let contact management if we need to reorder.
Trash can should have a plastic trash bag in it. They are in the Owner's closet.
Sweep and mop all floors.
Bedrooms
Please strip all bedding and wash them. Extra bedding is in the Owner's Closet.
Each bed should have bed pillows and a throw pillows. Please make sure beds look like picture.
Check and clean window seals.
Check under beds and clean.
Dust ceiling fans
Sweep vacuum and mop all floors.
Airconditioner
Please make sure that once your done cleaning to leave all air conditioners on 80 cool in the Summer and 68 heat in the Winter!
Outside the House
Where To Put The Trash? All maids and guest, please use the trash cans outside of the house and make sure they are close enough to the road and facing the road with lids opening towards house so that the trash truck will pick up. If it is over flowing or any issues, please contact management.
Outdoor Front Yard Seating Areas
Please make sure the deck is swept off after each guest and and any cobwebs dusted.
Cushions are in order and fluffed.
Throw away any trash.
Check light and make sure bulb works and turn off.
Back Yard and Side Seating Areas
Please make sure the deck is swept off after each guest and any cobwebs dusted.

Wipe off dinning table
Check grill and see if it needs to be scrapped.
Throw away any trash.

Party Garage
Keys should be next to the coffee table next to the guest book.
Please make sure too swept after each guest and any cobwebs dusted.
Wipe off Ping Pong Table and put all furniture in its place like the picture.
Throw away and trash.

Check light and make sure bulb works and turn off.
