Below are notes, videos and information about our property. This is so our guest, and maids, have ease finding needed items and operating the amenities we have to offer.  Also, check out our "Welcome Book" for exciting things to do or delicious places to eat! Below are a just couple of our favorite activities that we do when we come to the lake!

Maid Check List

Inside the Bungalow:

• Please strip the linens and remake beds.  Extra sheets are located in the closet that is in bathroom area.  If there are none available, please let management know.  
• Each bed should have two standard pillows as well as one throw pillow.  
• Quilts should be tucked in under mattresses. Please make sure the beds look like the ones that are pictured.
• Couches should be fluffed and vacuumed.  Throw pillows should be arranged like they are in the picture.
• Dust all the furniture and windowsills in the rooms. Make sure to check for any dust or webs that might be above eye level.  Vacuum all floors and rugs and don't forget to get underneath the beds. Run the hose of the vacuum around the baseboards and mop all floors.  
• We offer oil infusers for our guests.  If there is not any, please contact management.   

• In the bathroom area, check the lights above vanity for bugs. If they need to be cleaned, please inform management.
• Wipe mirror, clean and disinfect the countertop and also the sink.  Polish faucet.  
• Cleaning supplies are under the sink.  Trash bags for the bathroom trash are under the sink as well.  
• Clean and disinfect bathtub, the walls and polish the faucet.  
• Replace the dirty bathmat with a clean one. Place clean bathmat on the side of the bathtub like shown in the picture.  
• Check to make sure hair dryer is put away nicely and clean out any trash that may have been in the drawers. Also, please make sure to remove everything the guests may have left behind.
• Restock toilet paper and make sure the guests have two roles of toilet paper available to them.  
• Dust. Sweep and mop all floors. 

• In the kitchen and dining room, please make sure our guests have one roll of paper towels available.  
• Check inside of fridge and throw out all food that may have been left behind and disinfect.  Please do the same with the freezer.  
• The kitchen should have a toaster, pots, pans and a griddle. Please make sure these are clean.
• Check the coffee pot to make sure the old coffee grinds are thrown away and make sure the coffee pot is cleaned. Clean the microwave, both inside and out.  
• We supply the guest with coffee, coffee filters, cream and sugar. We also supply disposable silverware. If we are out of any of these things, please let management know.  
• Trash bags can be found in the red cabinet, next to the trash can.  
• Clean and sanitize all countertops. Dust, sweep and mop all floors. 

Outside the Bungalow

Curious as to where to put the trash?

We have provided a trash can for the guests to use. It is located in the front, on the right side of the house.  If it is full, please notify Management and we will get it taken are of immediately.  If you find yourself with an excessive amount of trash, guests and maids alike, please use the dumpster which can be found right next door!

Patio Deck

• Please make sure the deck is swept off after each guest checkout. Any cobwebs that may have formed need to be dusted.  
• Make sure sink and grill are cleaned.
•  Empty the trash can and make sure to put a new trash bag in.
• Chairs need to be moved back in their original positions.  
• Check the hot tub to make sure it is both hot and clean. See instructions in hot tub section.  There are extra chemicals under the outdoor sink.
• Check the propane and make sure there is enough for the next guest.  If not, please let management know so they exchange the propane tank. Make sure propane is turned off.  Propane tank is in the cabinet.

Fire Pit

There should be four chairs with cushions.  If cushions are not on the chairs, then they will be under the sink in the cabinet.  Typically, we have a lot of wood, so if you don't have any in the fire pit let us know!

Horse Shoe Pit

The horse shoes are under the table top on the deck, hanging on nails.  Please make sure these are put back after use so they will be available for the next guest.

Hot Tub

The hot tub is shocked after every guest.  Lift lid and test water.  Water should be clear and hot with a pleasant smell.
