Below are notes, videos and information on the property so our guest and maids have ease finding things or operating amenities on the property.

Maid Supplies
This property has supplies in the room on the bottom level closet to the road. In this room you will find additional sheets and supplies. All other supplies will be in owner's closet in bedroom closet to the stairs or upstairs by the bathroom.
Note: 1. This room has a humidifier and the cord has to be straight at all times or it won't work. please do not turn it off or unplug. 2. Water shut off valve is behind the water softener and will turn the water off to the house.

Kitchen
Kitchen and dinning room
Please make sure guest have three rolls of paper towels under the sink.
Check inside of fridge and throw out all food and disinfect. Same with the freezer. Wipe down shelves and make sure there is no crumbs in freezer.
Raise handle bar up on ice maker in freezer to stop production other wise it will over flow.
Empty Dishwasher and put dishes up.
Make sure there is two hand towels in the drawer.
Cleaning supplies and trash bags as well as dishwashing soap.
Kitchen should have a toaster, blender, pots and pans, and a coffee maker. Please make sure these are clean.
Clean out microwave inside and out.
No appliances or stuff should be on countertops except microwave and knife set.
Run hand across the countertop. Even if you wipe it clean, it could camouflage stuff and it might need to be scrubbed.
Wipe all fronts off of the all appliances and top of fridge. Check all cabinet doors.
All spices need to be put away in pantry.
Please check stove and if it needs to be cleaned, then please clean it.
Clean cooktop.
Check kitchen sponge to make sure it is clean and place under the sink.
Trash can needs to be wiped out on all sides, pulled away from the wall and cleaned behind. Trash bags are in the cabinet under the sink. If we are out, please let us know. Make sure it is wiped out and free of any smells.
Refill dishwashing pods and dawn liquid.
Check window sills.
Clean dining table and check for crumbs in the chairs or spills on the chairs legs.
Clean doors to outdoor patio.
Sweep and mop all floors.
Coffee Bar
Check and clean coffee pot. Make sure it is empty and no pod or grounds left from guest.
Refill all supplies
Wipe down counters
Clean dining room table and chairs.
Living Room
Couches should be fluffed and vacuumed. Throw pillows should be arranged like they are pictured.
Check to make sure all remotes are set out nicely arranged on the coffee table.
Clean all glass doors and window seals.
Check all curtains to make sure there is no stains on them. If so, please take down. Wash and rehang.
Remove any hold on the thermostat.
Make sure fire place is off.
Vacuum all floors and rugs. Run the hose of the vacuum around the baseboards. Mop all floors.
Make sure you check under couch and all chairs.
Bathrooms
In the bathroom area, check lights above vanity for bugs. If they need to be cleaned, please inform management if you can't get them cleaned and if bulbs are out.
Wipe mirror, clean and disinfect the countertop and sink. Polish faucet.
Disinfect the toilet, toilet lid, outside of toilet and behind the toilet.
Clean and disinfect bathtub, the walls and polish faucet.
Replace the dirty bath mat with a clean one. Place like the picture next to tub and shower.
Clean front and inside shower doors. Polish handles.
Put clean towels in the bathroom cabinets in both bathrooms. 3 towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths upstairs in Master under sink and 3towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths second floor bathroom put on towel bar. All other towels should be in owner's closet. Replenish shampoo/ conditioner/ body soap and hand soap as needed They are in the owner's closet.
Check to make sure hair dryer is put up nicely and clean out any trash that was left in the drawers. Also, please make sure the guests left nothing behind.
Restock toilet paper. The guests should have three roles of toilet paper available and store it on the ledge under bathroom sink. Make sure a full roll is on the toilet paper handle by the commode.
Hand soap should be provided at all sinks. Please let contact management if we need to reorder.
Trash can should have a plastic trash bag in it and pushed between toilet.
Sweep and mop all floors.
Bedrooms
Please strip all bedding and wash them. Each bed has bed bug covers on the bed and pillow. Do not remove unless they need attention. Extra bedding is in the closet in the bedroom closet to the stairs. Owner's closet on level 1
Make all beds like the pictures and place throws and blankets alike.
Check inside all dressers to make sure guest have not left anything behind.
Check and clean window seals.
Check under beds and clean.
Dust ceiling fans
Sweep and mop all floors.
Where To Put The Trash? All maids and guest, please use use the trash can by the road. If the trash can is not by the road please move it to the road so it can get picked up from the trash company. If it is over flowing or any issues, please contact management.
Patio Deck
Please make sure both decks are swept off after each guest and and any cobwebs dusted. One by the Master bedroom , one by the kitchen and one by the front door.
Throw away and trash.
Check grill to make sure it is clean. The grill should never be on the patio.
Check light and make sure bulb works and turn off.
Special Information
Condensation line, please check this to make sure it is clean. on main floor in hallway. During Summer months add a splash of bleach to the stump with the plug on top(not the float valve with wire).
Replace air filters monthly. Please advise if we are running low.
Outside water shut off valve is out by the road under the deck area close to the driveway. Has a green lid. As well as, one in the maid storage behind water softener on bottom floor.
