So excited you are staying with us! We created this QR code to ensure that each one of our guest have the best experience and that our house looks the same on every rental.
Below are notes, videos and information on the property so our guest and maids have ease finding things or operating amenities on the property. We have provided a video on how to work the hot tub below if you are having any issues. Also, check out our Welcome Book for things to do or places to eat! Below are a few of our favorite things to do when we come to the lake!

Maid Check List
Inside Black Cabin
Kitchen
Kitchen and dinning room
Please make sure guest have two rolls of paper towels.
Check inside of fridge and throw out all food and disinfect. Same with the freezer.
Empty Dishwasher and put dishes up.
Cleaning supplies and trash bags as well as dishwashing soap in under the cabinet in the kitchen.
Kitchen should have a toaster, pots and pans, and two coffee makers. Please make sure these are clean.
Check coffee pot to make sure guest didn't leave old grounds in them or old coffee in pot. Clean out microwave inside and out.
No appliances or stuff should be on countertops except coffee makers and cooking utensil Jar. All other items need to be put up and stored in cabinets.
Run hand across the countertop. Even if you wipe it clean it could camouflage stuff and it might need to be scrubbed.
Wipe all fronts off of the all appliances and top of fridge. Check all cabinet doors.
Please check stove and if it needs to be cleaned, then please clean it. Remember crumbs fall to the drawer below.
Check all lights. Report back if any light bulbs are out.
We supply the guest with coffee, coffee filters cream and sugar. If we are out, please let management know.
Trash can needs to be wiped out on all sides and stored under the sink. Trash bags are in the Botton of the trash can under the sink. If we are out please let us know. Make sure it is wiped out and free of any smells.
The bar stool should be placed like picture. Please check them for crumbs or and spills. Wipe the bar stool down.
Clean blinds and check window seals.
Sweep and mop all floors.
Laundry Room -Make sure all laundry is put away. Wipe the front and top of the washer and dryer.
Living Room
Couches should be fluffed and vacuumed. Throw pillows should be arranged like they are pictured.
Check to make sure all remotes are set out nicely arranged on the coffee table.
Clean all blinds and window seals.
Make sure all accessories are in the place like the picture. Dust, sweep and mop floors.
Dust all the furniture and window seals in the room. Vacuum all floors and rugs. Run the hose of the vacuum around the baseboards. Mop all floors.
Make sure you check under couch and all chairs.
Bathrooms
In the bathroom area, check lights for any bulbs out. If they need to be replaced, please inform management.
Wipe mirror, clean and disinfect the countertop and sink. Polish faucet.
Disinfect the toilet, toilet lid, outside of toilet and behind the toilet.
Cleaning supplies are under the sink the bathroom.
Clean and disinfect shower, the walls and polish faucet.
Replace the dirty bathmat with a clean one. Place on the shower door holder neatly.
Restock bath and hand towels as well as wash clothes. Also, we provide cotton swabs, beauty pads, and hair ties. If these are out, please inform management.
Check to make sure hair dryer is put up nicely and clean out any trash that was left in the drawers. Also, please make sure the guests left nothing behind.
Restock toilet paper. The guests should have two roles of toilet paper available.
Hand soap should be provided at all sinks. Please let contact management if we need to reorder.
Check shampoo, conditioner and body wash to see if they need to be refilled. if so inform management.
Trash can should have a plastic trash bag in it. They are under the sink in the kitchen.
Sweep and mop all floors.
Bedrooms
Please strip all bedding and wash them. There is no extra bedding. You will need to wash.
Each bed should have two standard pillows upstairs and a comforter. No top sheet. Down stairs has two pillows, a top sheet and a throw pillow. Please make sure throw pillows and blankets look like the pictures on each bed.
Check inside all dressers to make sure guest have not left anything behind.
Check and clean window seals. Dust blinds.
Check under beds and clean.
Sweep and mop all floors.
Outside the Black Cabin
Where To Put The Trash? All maids and guest, please set trash outside the front door. If it is over flowing or any issues, please contact management.
Patio Deck
Please make sure the deck is swept off after each guest and and any cobwebs dusted.
Cushions are in order and fluffed.
Throw away any trash.
Check lights and make sure bulb works and turn off. If they are out, please inform management.
Check fireplace and clean it out with the dust pan and little brush. Please do not use the broom or dust pan inside.
Check grill and picnic table are for trash.

Tether ball game is open to any of our guest. How to play? You need two players and you stand on the opposite side on the pole. You use your hand to hit the ball. One player hits clockwise and the other player hits counterclockwise wise. As the ball travels, each player tries to hit it in an effort to wind the ball around the the pole. First to do this wins!
